Abstract

Ushbu maqolada inson resurslarini boshqarish va u orqali kadrlar tayyorlash tizimini tubdan o‘zgartirish,ularning malakasini oshirish, qayta tayyorlash va o‘qitish mexanizmini yo‘lga qo‘yish tog‘risida so‘z boradi. Inson resurslariniintensiv usulda takomillashtitirish orqali umumiqtisodiyotdagi soha va tarmoqlarni rivojlantirish ko‘zda tutiladi. So‘nggiyillardagi islohotlar natijasida mehnat resurslarini boshqarish sohasidagi tub burilish va yaratilgan imkoniyatlar atroflichabayon etilgan.
