O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasida kadrlar tayyorlash tizimini takomillashtirish: muammolar va strategiyalar

Abstract

Turizm mamlakatlarning iqtisodiy rivojlanishida, madaniyatlar almashinuvida va ish o‘rni yaratishda kattaahamiyatga ega soha hisoblanadi. Hozirgi kunda O‘zbekistonda turizm sohasi sezilarli o‘sish potentsialini namoyon qilmoqda,ammo sohada kadrlar tayyorlash bilan bog‘liq muammolar ham yuzaga kelmoqda. Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistondaturizm sohasida kadrlar tayyorlashning mavjud tizimi o‘rganiladi, tizimdagi mavjud muammolar va uni takomillashtirishbo‘yicha strategiyalar o‘rganiladi. Kadrlar tayyorlash asoslari, o‘quv dasturlari va turizm bozori talablarini o‘rganib,ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekistonda turizmga kadrlar tayyorlash bo‘yicha ta’lim sifati va dolzarbligini oshirish, pirovardida turizmsektorining barqaror rivojlanishiga hissa qo‘shish uchun tavsiya va takliflar beriladi.
