Abstract

Muayyan bozorda bir nechta xo‘jalik yurituvchi subyektlar yoki shaxslar guruhi hukmronlik qilish darajasisezilarlibozor kuchiga ega bo‘lgan konsentratsiyasi raqobat, narxlar va umumiy bozor samaradorligiga sezilarli ta’sirko‘rsatadi. Tovar va moliya bozorlarida bozorning haddan tashqari konsentratsiyasi innovatsiyalarni bo‘g‘ib qo‘yishi,iste’molchilarning tanlovini kamaytirishi va eng muhimi raqobatni cheklanishiga olib kelishi mumkin. Shu sababli, adolatliva samarali bozorlarni ta’minlash uchun bozor konsentratsiyasini doimiy ravishda baholash va nazorat qilish judamuhimdir. Ushbu maqola tovar va moliya bozorlarida bozor konsentratsiyasini baholash va nazorat qilishni takomillashtirishmuhimligini o‘rganadi va ushbu maqsadga erishish uchun asosiy strategiyalar ko‘rib chiqiladi.
