Abstract

Mazkur maqolada o‘zini o‘zi band qilgan shaxslar va ular faoliyatini tashkil etishning huquqiy asoslari, davlatsoliq xizmati organlarida ro‘yxatdan o‘tkazish tartibi, mehnat faoliyatini amalga oshirishning o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari tadqiqetilgan. Shuningdek, o‘zini o‘zi band qilgan shaxslarni soliqqa tortishni takomillashtirish orqali yashirin iqtisodiyotga ta’sirio‘rganilgan. Yuqorida qayd etilgan holatlardan kelib chiqib, mamlakatimizda soliq ma’muriyatchiligini takomillashtirishorqali yashirin iqtisodiyot darajasini pasaytirish borasida takliflar shakllantirilgan.
