Abstract

Mazkur maqolada xo‘jalik jamiyatlarida korporativ boshqaruv amaliyoti bo‘yicha hisobotni shakllantirishborasida AQSH, Buyuk Britaniya, Hindiston, Rossiya, Qozog‘iston tajribalari o‘rgangan, xususan mazkur davlatlardafaoliyat ko‘rsatayotgan yirik korxonalarda korporativ boshqaruv amaliyoti hisobotining tarkibi va mazmuni tadqiq etilganva O‘zbekistonda ushbu turdagi hisobotni tuzish zarurati asoslab berilgan.
