Abstract

Bugungi kunda tijorat banklari tomonidan kredit berish yanada kengiyib bormoqda. O‘z o‘rnida ular raqobatkurashiga bardosh bera olishida o‘z xizmat turlarini ko‘paytirishlari va rivojlantirishlari, mijozlarga kapital berishi ya’ni qaytarishlik,bank foiz to‘lovi va muddatlilik shartlarida o‘z mablag‘lari va jalb etilgan mablag‘lar hisobidan kreditlar berishnita’minlashga va uning hisobini olishga talabni kuchaytiradi. Bu o‘z navbatida, tijorat banklari xususiy kapitalining milliy vaxalqaro standartlar darajasiga yaqinlashtirish hamda uning talablari asosida tartibga solish bo‘yicha ilmiy hamda amaliyahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan tadqiqotlar olib borish muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Shuningdek, tijorat banklari nafaqat subyektlarnikreditlash balki, ushbu resurslardan kutiladigan natijani buxgalteriya hisobi orqali nazorat qilishni taqozo etadi.Ushbu zaruriyatdan kelib chiqib, tijorat banklarida kreditlar bo‘yicha to‘lash va ehtimoliy yo‘qotishlar zaxiralarining jarayonlarihisobini takomillashtirish dolzarb masalalardan biri hisoblanadi.
