O‘zbekiston Respublikasida kichik biznes va xususiy tadbirkorlikning ahamiyati hamda uni rivojlantirish istiqbollari

Abstract

Maqolada kichik biznes va xususiy tadbirkorlikni rivojlantirish yo‘nalishlari, kichik biznesni milliy iqtisodiyotdagio‘rni va ahamiyati iqtisodiy ko‘rsatkichlar orqali yoritilgan. Kichik biznes va xususiy tadbirkorlik bozor muhitiga tezmoslasha olishi, bandlikni ta’minlash, daromadlarni shakllantirish va shu orqali uning tengsizligini yumshatish hamda o‘rtamulkdorlar qatlamini qaror toptirishdagi afzalliklari ochib berilgan. Bundan tashqari, kichik biznesni rivojlantirish konsepsiyasidaasosiy e’tibor birinchi navbatda faoliyat ko‘rsatayotgan iqtisodiy salohiyatga ega kichik biznes subyektlarini qo‘llab– quvvatlash, respublikaning ijtimoiy – iqtisodiy siyosati yo‘nalishlari va maqsadlariga mos faoliyat yuritayotgan xo‘jaliktuzilmalarini rag‘batlantirish, hududiy ahamiyatga ega mahsulot ishlab chiqaruvchi kichik korxonalarga soliq imtiyozlaribelgilash, lizing xizmati hamda investitsion xatarlarni sug‘urtalash tizimini kengaytirish va moliyaviy imkoniyatlari cheklangankichik tadbirkorlik korxonalarining bank kreditlaridan foydalanishiga yo‘l ochuvchi sharoitlarni yaratishga qaratilganfikr mulohazalar to‘g‘risida bayon etilgan.
