Abstract

Maqolada mamlakatimiz tijorat banklari tomonidan jismoniy shaxslarga ajratilgan kreditlar holatining tahlilikeltirilgan. Muhim ko‘rsatkich sifatida tijorat banklari tomonidan uy xo‘jaliklariga ajratilgan kreditlarning diversifikatsiyadarajasi va kredit portfelining holati tahlil qilingan. Mamlakatimizda moliya xizmatlari ommabopligini kengayishi hamdadavlat dasturlari doirasida aholining keng qatlamiga qarzlar berilayotganligi tijorat banklarida jismoniy shaxslar kreditportfelining keskin o‘sib borishiga muhim omil bo‘lib xizmat qilmoqda. O‘z navbatida, jismoniy shaxslar kredit portfelidaxatarlarning to‘planib borishi va uy xo‘jaliklari moliyaviy holatining yomonlashishi natijasida tijorat banklari faoliyatida sezilarliyo‘qotishlar kuzatilishi mumkin. Olib borilgan tahlil natijalari bo‘yicha xulosa va takliflar berilgan.
