Abstract

В статье проведен теоретический и практический анализ направлений и перспектив совершенство-вания системы оценки ключевых показателей эффективности труда (ИПЦ) на предприятиях, проанализированына основе результатов социального опроса материальные и нематериальные стимулы, влияющие на системуоценки эффективности трудовой деятельности работников, обучение и переподготовка сотрудников.
