Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sanoat korxonalarining aksiyalar bozoridagi faoliyati tahlili: muammolar va yechimlar, korporativqimmatli qog‘ozlar asosida korxonalar faoliyatini va loyihalarini moliyalashtirishning shakllanishi va xorijiy davlatlartajribalari o‘rganilgan. Xususan, maqolada so‘nggi yillarda sanoat korxonalarining aksiyalar bozoridan faoliyati davlataktivlarining hozirgi holati, kapital bozorni rivojlantirish, qimmatli qog‘ozlar bozorida bir qancha qilingan islohotlar yoritibo‘tilgan. Sohalar bo‘yicha jami aksiyadorlar hozirgi ulushi va tuzilgan bitimlar haqida yoritilgan. Hozirgi paytda sanoatkorxonalarining fond bozoriga kirishi va unda muntazam qolishi to‘g‘risida va uning muammolari haqida yoritib o‘tilgan.Jismoniy va yuridik shaxslarning moliyaviy savodxonligi ularning respublika fond birjalardagi faoliyati va aholining oladigandaromadi xarajatlari tahlili O‘zbekiston Respublikasi va AQSH misolida ko‘rib o‘rganib chiqilgan va batafsil yoritib berilgan.
