Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasi aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida korporativ boshqaruv mexanizmlarini takomillashtirishorqali innovatsion muhitni shakllantirish asoslari ochib berilgan. Shu bilan birga, aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari faoliyatigainvestitsiyalarni jalb etish, ularning moddiy-texnik bazasini modernizatsiya qilish, investitsion salohiyatni oshirish,korxonalarning innovatsion yangilanish zarurati to‘g‘risidagi ilmiy munosabatlar yoritilgan.
