Abstract

В данной исследовательской работе рассмотрены особенности международной практики оценкинедвижимости, в частности, практика использования услуг по оценке стоимости недвижимости для принятияправильных выводов о росте стоимости недвижимости и принятия управленческих решений в развитых и раз-вивающихся странах, таких как Великобритания, Италия, Франция и Германия, формы организации и контроляоценочной деятельности, международные стандарты оценки имущества и их применение в процессе оценки, при-меняемые принципы и методы оценки. Также на основе международного опыта оценки стоимости недвижимостив Республике Узбекистан разработаны предложения, рекомендации и выводы по дальнейшему совершенство-ванию механизмов деятельности по оценке стоимости недвижимости.
