Abstract

Мировой опыт научно-технического прогресса в сельском хозяйстве свидетельствует о значительномпотенциале инноваций в сельскохозяйственном секторе. Анализ опыта зарубежных стран имеет решающее зна-чение для определения путей стимулирования инноваций в сельскохозяйственной сфере. Развитые страны впервую очередь увеличивают производство сельскохозяйственной продукции за счет применения научно-тех-нических достижений. Следовательно, государственная поддержка, особенно направленная на стратегическиеаспекты научно-технического прогресса и фундаментальных исследований, а также на распространение иннова-ционных идей, становится ключевой опорой для финансового обеспечения инновационного прогресса.
