Abstract

Markaziy Osiyo hududida elektr energiyaga bo‘lgan talab oshib borayotgan talabni qondirish uchun elektrenergiyani ishlab chiqarish quvvatini oshirib borish, sohada mavjud bo‘lgan “Tabiiy yo‘qotilish” miqdorini (elektr energiyaniishlab chiqarishda foydalaniladigan texnologiyalarni yangi zamonaviy texnologiyalarga o‘zgartirish, magistral liniyalar vahududiy tarmoqlarda foydalanib kelingan elektr uzatuvchi kabellarni va transformatorlarni yangilash orqali) kamaytirish,sohada qayta tiklanadigan energiya manbalaridan foydalanib energiya ishlab chiqarishni ko‘paytirish, elektr energetikasohasida raqobat muhitini rivojlantirish, elektr energetika tarmog‘ini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha uzoq muddatli strategiyalarishlab chiqish, elektr energiya uchun oldindan to‘lovni amalga oshirish bo‘yicha rag‘batlantirish mexanizmlari joriy etish,sohada kapital qo‘yilmalarni jalb qilish tizimini takomillashtirish va mijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatishda samarali innovatsiong‘oyalarga asoslangan dasturlar bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar berilgan.
