Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekistonda mayonez importini notarif tartibga solish va ichki ishlab chiqarishni rivojlantirish istiqbollario‘rganilib, 2022–2023-yillarda import qilingan va mahalliy ishlab chiqarilgan mayonez tovari bo‘yicha tahlillar amalgaoshirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari mayonez iste’moli yurtimizda yildan yilga oshayotganlgi va haligacha mayonezga bo‘lganehtiyoj import orqali qoplanayotganligini ko‘rsatdi. Tahlil natijalari o‘rganilib, mayonez tovari importida turli eksportyorlarnitanlash va ishlab chiqarishni ko‘paytirish orqali mavjud vaziyatni yaxshilashga erishish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
