Abstract

Maqolada mahalliy budjetlar daromadlari barqarorligiga erishishda hududlar soliq salohiyatini oshirishningahamiyati va ilmiy-amaliy asoslari yoritib berilgan. Hududlar soliq salohiyatini aniqlash va amalga oshirish hamda baholashasnosida mahalliy budjetlar daromadlari barqarorligini taʼminlash imkoniyatlari asoslangan. Mahalliy budjetlar daromadlarinishakllantirishda hududlar soliq salohiyatiga taʼsir etuvchi omillar guruhlarga ajratilgan holda tahlil etilgan.
