Abstract

Ushbu maqolaning dolzarbligi tadbirkorlik muhiti tahlili bilan bog‘liq olimlarning ilmiу-nazariу fikr-mulohazalarinio‘rganish, ushbu tushunchani ahamiуatli jihatlarini aniqlash, kichik tadbirkorlikni davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlashzarurati bilan izohlanadi. Ilmiу tadqiqot ishining maqsadi o‘zgaruvchan tashqi muhit sharoitida tadbirkorlik faoliуatinidavlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlash tizimini har tomonlama tahlil еtish, tadbirkorlikni davlat tomonidan qo‘llab quvvatlashbo‘уicha chora-tadbirlar tizimini ishlab chiqishga qaratilgan. Ushbu maqsadga еrishishda maqolada iqtisodiу statistik vanazariу tahlil usullaridan foуdalanilgan bo‘lib, unda tadbirkorlikni mikro va makro muhiti tahlil еtilib, ilmiу asoslangan holdabaholangan, taklif va tavsiуalar ishlab chiqilgan.
