Ish bilan bandlikni sifat xususiyatlari asosida baholashga zarurat: ilmiy-nazariy yondashuvlar

Abstract

Muallif ushbu maqolada respublika mehnat bozorida aholi bandligini sifat xususiyatlari asosida baholashbo‘yicha ma’lum ilmiy-nazariy yondashuvlarni tizimlashtirilgan. Maqolada aholi banligining 7 ta turi bo‘yicha firk-mulo-hazalar yuritilgan bo‘lib, asosan aholining unumli bandlik darajasini baholashga alohida urg‘u beralgan. Bu bilan bugungikunda mamlakatda kambag‘allikni qisqartirishga qaratilgayotga har qanday bandlik – unumlilik tamoyillariga asoslanishilozimligi ilmiy asoslab berilgan. Shuningdek, aholini ish bilan bandligining sifat xususiyatlariga qaratilgan tashkiliy vahuquqiy istiqbolli yo‘nalishlari taklif etilgan.
