Abstract

In today’s industrial landscape, the efficient operation of enterprises hinges on comprehensive information supportand digital technologies. Establishing a unified information space allows for rapid data exchange across automatedmanagement systems. Digital manufacturing optimizes production, while a systems approach aids in resolving complexchallenges. Information systems, including ERP, SCM, and CRM, enhance efficiency, customer service, and supply chainsynchronization. Innovation centers play a pivotal role in knowledge dissemination and technology promotion. Managementinformation systems aid in selecting and promoting intellectual outcomes. Systematic analysis, strategic planning,and agile decision-making are crucial for industrial success in the digital era.
