“Yashil moliyalashtirish evolyutsiyasi: moliyaviy instrumentlar va xalqaro tajribaning tizimli tahlili”

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yashil va kam uglerodli rivojlanishni moliyalashtirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlaritahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot iqlim o‘zgarishi, global haroratning oshishi va ekstremal ob-havo hodisalarining ko‘payishisharoitida davlatlar oldida yashil transformatsiyani jadallashtirish zaruratini ko‘rsatadi. Maqolada iqlim moliyalashtirishtushunchasining evolyutsiyasi, UNFCCC, GEF va Green Climate Fund (GCF) kabi institutsional mexanizmlar, shuningdek,imtiyozli kredit va grantlarning roli batafsil yoritiladi. Bangladesh, Marokash, Germaniya va O‘zbekiston misollaridaiqlimiy moliyalashtirishning amaliy natijalari va samaradorligi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, imtiyozlimoliya xususiy sektor ishtirokini kengaytirish, bozor yetishmovchiliklarini bartaraf etish va yashil loyihalarni barqarormoliyalashtirishda hal qiluvchi vosita sifatida xizmat qiladi.Shuningdek, ushbu maqolada milliy darajada yashil moliyalashtirish dasturini shakllantirish uchun nazariy poydevornibelgilaydi, xalqaro tajribani tahlil qiladi va O‘zbekiston sharoitida qo‘llanilishi lozim bo‘lgan yo‘nalishlarni taklif qiladi.
