Abstract

Ta’lim (oliy ta’lim)da budjeti mablag‘lari hisobidan mablag‘ bilan ta’minlanadigan tarmoqlarda iqtisodiyislohotlarni chuqurlashtirish. Oliy ta’lim muassasalari faoliyatini amalga oshirilishi uchun zarur bo‘lgan xarajatlar kattaqismining budjet mablag‘lari hisobidan ta’minlanayotganligi bu mablag‘larning sarflanishiga nisbatan alohida munosabatlarningshakllanishini taqozo etadi. Qarorlarga muvofiq budjet tashkilotlari xarajatlarini moliyalashtirish, iqtisodiy islohotlarnichuqurlashtirish, budjet tashkilotlarini mablag‘ bilan ta’minlash mexanizmini takomillashtirish. Budjet mablag‘larnioqilona taqsimlash.
