Abstract

За последнее время на мировом рынке все больше усиливается процесс интернационализации хозяй-ственных связей и финансовых рынков, масштабы деятельности компаний расширяются. Применение междуна-родных стандартов финансовой отчетности предприятиями в Узбекистане облегчает встраивание национальногофинансового рынка в международный рынок капитала за счет использования его участниками общепринятогоязыка составления финансовой отчетности, оказывает положительное влияние на качество корпоративногоуправления и инвестиционную привлекательность предприятий в Республике Узбекистан.
