Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mamlakatimizda yosh olimlarga ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borish uchun zamonaviy laboratoriyalardanfoydalanish imkoniyatini berish muhim ahamiyatga egaligi va shu maqsadda ilgʻor uslub va texnologiyalar bilanyaqindan tanishishlari uchun xorijda qisqa muddatli stajirovkalarni tashkil etish zarurligi yoritilgan. Shu bilan birga, oliyoʻquv yurtlari va ilmiy tashkilotlar zamonaviy jihozlar bilan taʼminlangan boʻlsa-da, yosh olimlarning toʻliq faoliyat yuritishiuchun ularning xorijlik hamkasblar bilan tajriba almashishi uchun imkoniyat yaratish orqali ilmiy izlanishlar rivoji va yanginatijalarga erishish kafolatlanishi tahlil qilingan. Yosh olimlarning xorijda amaliyot oʻtashini tashkil etish, ularning malakasinioshirishda muhim bosqich boʻlib, bu masalaga ham eʼtibor qaratish zarurligi aks ettirilgan.
