Abstract

Maqolada davlat xaridlari tizimida erishilgan yutuq va kamchiliklar, davlat xaridlari ijrochilarining e’tiborsizliginikamaytirish, buyurtmachilarga shartnomada ko‘rsatilgan aniq parametrlarga asoslangan tovarlarni yetkazilishinita’minlash, shartnoma shartlarini bajarish davrida kelib chiqadigan nizolarni bartaraf etish, davlat xaridlarida korrupsionholatlarni kamaytirish, xarid jarayonlarida shaffoflikni ta’minlash, ishonchsiz ijrochilar ro‘yxatini shakllantirish to‘g‘risidafikirlar bayon etilgan. Shu bilan birgalikda davlat xaridlari jarayonida buyurtmachi va ijrochining huquq va manfaatlarinitenglashtirish hamda yagona yetkazib beruvchilar borasidagi ilmiy hamda amaliy yondashuvlar yoritilgan.
