Abstract

Jahon mamlakatlarining inson kapitali va undan foydalanish darajasi turli xalqaro indekslar orqali baholanibkelinadi. Ushbu indekslarda ilmiy-texnika salohiyati yuqori, fan va ilmiy tadqiqotlarda inson kapitaliga kiritilayotgan investitsiyalarva xarajatlar natijadorligi ko‘rsatkichlari yuqori bo‘lgan mamlakatlar yetakchi mavqega ega. Inson resurslaridanfoydalanish samaradorligini baholashda asosiy global ko‘rsatkichlardan hisoblanadi.Jahon amaliyotida mavjud inson resurslaridan samarali foydalanish eng dolzarb hisoblanib, ahamiyati kundan-kungaortib bormoqda. Mamlakatda yoshlardan foydalanish samaradorligini baholashning tizimini takomillashtirish, ularningraqobatbardoshligini oshirish bilan ham belgilanmoqda.
