Abstract

В статье говорится о проблемах современной цифровой экономики и возможностях электронной ком-мерции. Защита прав инвесторов в электронной коммерции имеет большое значение. Одной из главных задачявляется обеспечение безопасности онлайн-платежей и защита личной информации потребителей. Также указы-вается на усиление законодательства в сфере электронной коммерции для защиты интересов инвесторов. Средиактуальных проблем анализируются безопасность транзакций, защита от мошенничества и прозрачность дея-тельности компаний в электронной среде, влияние глобальных событий на инвестиционные риски в электроннойкоммерции.
