Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqola Samarqand shahri misolida hududiy turistik destinatsiyalarning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiybarqarorligi va overturizm omillarining shakllanishi hamda ularning istiqboldagi rivojlanishga ta’sirini o‘rganishgabag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi shundaki, turizm oqimining jadal o‘sishi sharoitida ko‘plab tarixiy shaharlardabarqarorlik va overturizm o‘rtasidagi muvozanatni saqlash muammosi kuchayib bormoqda, biroq Samarqand sharoitidaushbu jarayonlarni prognozlash va baholashga doir kompleks ilmiy yondashuvlar yetarli darajada ishlab chiqilmagan.Mazkur bilim bo‘shlig‘ini to‘ldirish maqsadida maqolada statistik tahlil, solishtirma yondashuv, overturizm indeksinihisoblash hamda logistika o‘sish modeli asosida prognozlash usullari qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqot natijalari Samarqanddahozirgi vaqtda overturizm to‘liq shakllanmaganini, biroq turistlar zichligi, mavsumiy notekislik va ekologik yuklama ortibborayotgani sababli o‘rta muddatli istiqbolda xavf darajasi oshishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan natijalar hududiy turizmsiyosatini ilmiy asosda rejalashtirish, turistlar oqimini boshqarish va barqaror rivojlanish tamoyillarini amaliyotga joriyetishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi hamda tarixiy shaharlarda turizmni boshqarish bo‘yicha strategik qarorlar qabul qilishuchun amaliy tavsiyalar beradi
