O‘zbekiston davlat xaridlari tizimi va kichik bizneslar: imkoniyatlar va muammolar

Abstract

Mazkur maqola O‘zbekiston davlat xaridlari tizimining hozirgi holati, imkoniyatlari va duch kelayotganmuammolarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Kichik biznes subyektlarining davlat xaridlarida ishtiroki iqtisodiy diversifikatsiyava mahalliy ishlab chiqarishni qo‘llab-quvvatlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega bo‘lsa-da, amaliyotda bir qator sifat vaishonchlilik bilan bog‘liq muammolar yuzaga chiqmoqda. Maqolada xalqaro tajribalar, jumladan, AQSh, Janubiy Koreyava Singapur kabi mamlakatlar davlat xaridlari tizimlari tahlil qilinib, O‘zbekiston sharoitida ularni joriy qilish imkoniyatlario‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, davlat xaridlarida shaffoflik va raqobatni oshirish, kichik bizneslarni qo‘llab-quvvatlash vamahsulot sifatini ta’minlash bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqiladi.
