O‘zbekistonda pensiya tizimini takomillashtirish

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada pensiya ta’minoti tizimining ahamiyati va o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdekpensiya va ijtimoiy nafaqa oluvchilarning bugungi holati tahlil qilingan. Sug‘urta modeliga asoslangan va jamg‘arishkomponentlariga ega bo‘lgan pensiya tizimini tashkil qilish va uning afzalliklari yoritilgan. Jamg‘arib boriladigan pensiyata’minoti tizimi holati ham ko‘rib chiqilgan. O‘zbekistonda o‘rtacha oylik ish haqi va o‘rtacha pensiya miqdorlariningnisbatlari ya’ni qoplash koeffisiyenti tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek pensiya ta’minoti tizimini istiqbolda barqaror amalgaoshirish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
