Abstract

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida neft-gaz korxonalari investitsion faoliyatining holati varivojlanish tendensiyalari keng tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda neft-gaz sohasiga investitsiyalarni jalb qilish jarayoniningzamonaviy yondashuvlari, mahalliy va xalqaro sarmoyalar roli, shuningdek, ularning korxonalar iqtisodiy samaradorligigata'siri o‘rganilgan. Maqolada investitsiyalarning soha rivojidagi ahamiyati, mavjud muammolar va ularni hal qilish yo‘llarimuhokama qilingan. Shundan tashqari, neft-gaz korxonalarining moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlash va kapital jalb qilishmexanizmlarining samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflar berilgan. Ilmiy xulosalar korxonalarning investitsionjozibadorligini yanada yaxshilash va ularning mintaqaviy hamda global bozordagi raqobatbardoshligini oshirishgayo‘naltirilgan.
