Abstract

Mazkur maqolada umumtaʼlim muassasalarini mablagʻ bilan taʼminlashning muhim jihatlari va ularni halqilish usullari tahlil qilingan. Hozirgi moliyaviy tizimning zaif tomonlari, jumladan, davlat mablagʻlarining nomutanosibtaqsimlanishi, xususiy sektor ishtirokining yetarli emasligi va yagona tartiblarning yoʻqligi kabi muammolar koʻrsatiboʻtilgan.Shuningdek, umumtaʼlim muassasalarining moliyalashtirish tizimini yaxshilash boʻyicha qator amallar taklif etilgan. Ularqatorida mablagʻlarni teng taqsimlash, davlat-xususiy hamkorlikni kuchaytirish, grant va homiylik dasturlarini rivojlantirish,raqamli moliyaviy boshqaruv tizimlarini joriy etish va taʼlim sifatiga bogʻliq moliyaviy taʼminot tizimini shakllantirish kabiyoʻnalishlar bor. Maqola umumtaʼlim tizimini mablagʻ bilan taʼminlash samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan amaliytakliflarni oʻz ichiga oladi.
