Abstract

So‘nggi yillarda oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi masalasi tobora muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda, chunki iste’molchilarifloslangan yoki xavfli oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini iste’mol qilish bilan bog‘liq potentsial xavflardan xabardor bo‘lmoqda.Globallashuvning kuchayishi va oziq-ovqat ta’minoti zanjirining tobora murakkablashib borishi bilan oziq-ovqatxavfsizligini ta’minlash hukumatlar, oziq-ovqat ishlab chiqaruvchilari va iste’molchilar uchun qiyin vazifaga aylandi.Ushbu muammolarga javoban oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini yaxshilash va aholi salomatligini muhofaza qilish bo‘yicha yangiyondashuvlar va innovatsion yechimlar ishlab chiqilmoqda.
