Abstract

Uy-joy qurilish bozorida korxonalarning raqobatbardoshlik darajasini modellashtirish zaruriyati dolzarbmasala hisoblanadi. Qurilish sanoatining tez rivojlanishi va bozor sharoitlarining doimiy о‘zgarishi kompaniyalar uchunraqobatni boshqarishni murakkablashtiradi. Ushbu tadqiqotda, uy-joy qurilish bozorida korxonalar о‘rtasidagi raqobatnitahlil qilish va modellashtirish usullarini kо‘rib chiqish muhimligi ta'kidlanadi. Modellashtirish orqali korxonalar bozordinamikasini, talab va taklif о‘zgarishlarini, innovatsiyalarni, resurs taqsimotini va raqobat strategiyalarini aniqroq tushunib,samarali boshqaruv qarorlarini qabul qilishlari mumkin. Shuningdek, modellashtirish yordamida bozordagi о‘zgarishlargatez moslashish, narx va sifatni optimallashtirish, bozorning kelajakdagi talabini prognozlash imkoniyati yaratiladi. Ushbuyondashuv uy-joy qurilish bozorida korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirish va uzoq muddatli muvaffaqiyatinita'minlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
