Yashil iqtisodiyotni shakllantirish va rivojlantirishning xorij tajribasi: nazariya, amaliyot

Abstract

Ushbu maqola yashil iqtisodiyotni shakllantirish va rivojlantirish bilan bogʻliq xorijiy tajribaga aloqador nazariyva amaliy masalalarga bagʻishlangan. Bugungi global iqlim oʻzgarishlari sharoitida, mintaqalarda yashil iqtisodiyotnirivojlantirish bo‘yicha jahon tajribasiga tayangan holda, respublikamizning tabiiy va iqtisodiy-ijtimoiy sharoitidan kelibchiqib zaruriy chora-tadbirlar ishlab chiqish zarurligi yoritilgan. Bu borada yetakchi oʻrinni egallab turgan AQSH,ko‘pchilik Yevropa davlatlari (Germaniya, Buyuk Britaniya, Daniya, Shvetsiya va h.k.) va Osiyo mamlakatlari (ayniqsa,Xitoy, Yaponiya, Janubiy Koreya, Singapur) tajribalarini oʻrganish lozimligi qayd etilgan. Xorijiy tajribani oʻrganishdamamlakatimiz geografik sharoiti uchun xos bo‘lgan lokal xususiyatlarni hisobga olish, bunda qayta tiklanadigan energiyamanbalaridan foydalanish, energiya samaradorligini oshirish, issiqxona gazlari chiqindilarini kamaytirish, atrof-muhitmusaffoligini saqlab qolish va aholi salomatligini mustahkamlash singari yashil iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirishning asosiyyoʻnalishlariga eʼtibor qaratish zarurligi koʻrsatib oʻtilgan.
