Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekiston iqtisodiyotida raqamlashtirishning ta’lim va mehnat bozoriga qanday ta’sirqilganini ko‘rib chiqadi. Tahlil texnologiyalarning o‘sishi va uning bandlik tuzilmalariga ta’sirini hisobga olgan holda, malakalikadrlarni tayyorlash va rivojlantirishda malakaga asoslangan inson resurslarini boshqarishning ahamiyatini yoritiladi.Tadqiqot mehnat unumdorligi va raqamlashtirish o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlikni o‘rganish uchun aralash usuldan foydalanadi.
