Abstract

Эффективному распределению финансовых ресурсов и стимулированию экономического ростажизненно важную роль играет развитие рынка капитала. Покупкой, продажей и торговлей финансовых активов нарынке капитала занимаются индивидуальные и институциональные инвесторы, инвестиционные банки, фондовыебиржи. В статье мы представляем структуру рынка капитала, анализируем объемы торгов на Ташкентскойреспубликанской фондовой бирже. Цифровизация дает не только преимущества, но и ряд проблем при адаптациик цифровой экономике. В связи с чем, предлагаются следующие решения: усиленные меры кибербезопасности,надежные структуры конфиденциальности данных, инвестиции в технологическую инфраструктуру, гибкиенормативные рынки, улучшенный надзор и контроль рынка.
