Barqaror rivojlanishni ta’minlashda inson kapitalining ahamiyati

Abstract

O‘zbekiston barqaror rivojlanishni ta’minlashga katta ahamiyat bermoqda. Bunga erishish uchun, hozirgisharoitda inson kapitalining o‘rni, shuningdek, uning rivojlanishi, ijtimoiy infratuzilmasi, ta’lim va sog‘liqni saqlash tizimlaridarajasini aks ettiruvchi sifat ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rganildi.Shuni hisobga olib, barqaror rivojlanish va inson kapitalining nazariy asoslari, uning o‘zaro munosabatlari tahlil qilindi.Bundan tashqari, respublika ta’lim tizimining xususiyatlari baholandi. Inson kapitalining sifati bo‘yicha ta’lim va sog‘liqnisaqlash sohasidagi turli xil o‘zgarishlarning ta’siri turli o‘zgarishlarning ta’sirini takomillashtirish (xavf omillarini hisobgaolish) tarkibiy qismlaridan biri bu ta’limni moliyalashtirish usullarini yaxshilashga qaror qilinadi. Muallif tomondan barqarorrivojlanishni ta’minlash sharoitida inson kapitalini moliyalashtirish yo'llarining tahlili amalga oshirildi.
