Abstract

Tadqiqot tadbirkorlik faoliyatida uchraydigan moliyaviy xavflar va ularni sug‘urtalashning ahamiyatinitahlil qiladi. Asosiy e’tibor moliyaviy xavflarni boshqarishning samarali usullarini aniqlash va sug‘urta mexanizmlariningbiznes barqarorligini ta’minlashdagi o‘rniga qaratilgan. Maqolada risklarni sug‘urtalash orqali tadbirkorlik sub’yektlariningmoliyaviy xavfsizligi va investitsion jozibadorligini oshirish yo‘llari yoritiladi.
