Abstract

В статье проводится комплексный анализ современных стратегий ведущих газовых компанийи государственных органов, регулирующих газовую отрасль. На основе изучения финансовой отчетности,официальных документов и проведения интервью с экспертами выявлены ключевые тенденции в областиинвестиционных, маркетинговых, операционных и финансовых стратегий крупнейших игроков газового рынка.Также рассмотрена политика государственного регулирования, включающая вопросы лицензирования,налогообложения, экологических норм и мер поддержки отрасли. Определены основные факторы, влияющие настратегические решения как газовых компаний, так и государственных органов. В заключении сформулированыпрактические рекомендации для повышения эффективности взаимодействия бизнеса и власти в газовой сфере.
