Abstract

Maqolada amaliy ta’limni akademik ta’lim bilan uyg‘unlashtirishda dual ta’limning metodologiyasi vapsixologik ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Dual ta’limning rivojlanishi, nazariya va amaliyotni integratsiyalash usullari, talabalarningmotivatsiyasi va ishga tayyorligi kabi psixologik omillar o‘rganilgan. O‘qituvchilar va ish beruvchilarning roliga alohidae’tibor qaratilib, dual ta’limning zamonaviy mehnat bozoriga moslashishdagi ahamiyati ko‘rsatilgan.
