Abstract

Yangi O‘zbekistonda tadbirkorlik faoliyati va kichik biznes har qanday mamlakat, ayniqsa O‘zbekistonuchun muhim rol o‘ynaydigan ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy tizimning zaruriy elementidir. Mikrokreditlar aholining keng qatlamlarigatadbirkorlik tashabbuslarini amalga oshirishga imkon beradigan muhim ijtimoiy funksiyalarni bajaradi.Tadbirkorlik subyektlarini mikrokreditlash mexanizmlarining samaradorligi va unumdorligini oshirish maqsadida bir qanchatakomillashtirishlarni amalga oshirish mumkin. Birinchidan, kredit talabgorlarini keng qamrovli va shaffof baholash tiziminiyaratish haqiqiy ehtiyoj va qobiliyatga ega bo‘lgan jismoniy shaxslar hamda korxonalarga moliyaviy yordam ko‘rsatilishinita’minlaydi. Ikkinchidan, mikrokredit tashkilotlari va biznesni qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi tashkilotlar o‘rtasidagi hamkorliknirivojlantirish arizachilarga nafaqat moliyaviy resurslarni, balki o‘z biznes faoliyatini optimallashtirish uchun qimmatli yo‘lyo‘riq va maslahat olish imkonini beradi.
