Abstract

В данной работе рассмотрена система массового обслуживания с пуассоновским входящим потоком,с одним обслуживающим прибором. Время обслуживания имеет произвольный закон распределения. В системупоступают требования различных типов, которые образуют однородный цепь Маркова. Составлены уравнениядля моментов приращений и периода регенерации обобщенных регенерирующих случайных процессов, полученыусловия существования их решений.
