Abstract

Mazkur maqolada raqamli bank xizmatlarida sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalarini joriy etishning amaliyyo‘nalishlari, dolzarb muammolari hamda ularni hal etish strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, mijozlarga xizmat ko‘rsatishsifatini oshirish, firibgarlik holatlarini aniqlash va kredit risklarini baholash jarayonlarida sun’iy intellektning o‘rni yoritilgan.Shu bilan birga, axborot xavfsizligi, algoritmik shaffoflik, etik muammolar va me’yoriy-huquqiy asoslarning yetarli emasligikabi masalalar ham ko‘rib chiqilib, sohaga oid rivojlantirish takliflari ilgari surilgan
