Abstract

Maʼlumki, mintaqalarni barqaror rivojlantirish konsepsiyasini amalga oshirishning zamonaviy mexanizminiyoritishda ijtimoiy (aholi bandligini taʼminlash, ijtimoiy infratuzilmani rivojlantirish, ijtimoiy xizmatlar koʻrsatish sifatiniyaxshilash, ularning qamrov darajasini oshirish va h.k.), iqtisodiy (investitsiyalarni jalb qilish, sogʻlom raqobat va h.k.),innovatsion (sohaga innovatsiyalarni joriy etishni kengaytirish, yashil investitsiyalar hisobidan hududning innovatsionsalohiyatini oshirish) omillar bilan bir qatorda ekologik (ekologiya va atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish, iqtisodiyot tarmoqlarinibosqichma-bosqich yashil iqtisodiyotga oʻtkazish, iqtisodiyot tarmoqlarida va ijtimoiy sohada muqobil energiyadanfoydalanishni ragʻbatlantirish va h.k.) omilga ham alohida ahamiyat qaratish zarur.Zero, mazkur omil nafaqat mintaqalarda ekologiya va atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish masalalariga, qolaversa, aholisalomatligi va boshqa (umr davomiyligi, kasallanish, nogironlik, onalar va goʻdaklar oʻlimi va h.k.) koʻpgina muammolarnihal etishda ustuvor ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu maqola barqaror rivojlanish va mintaqalar ijtimoiy-ekologik holati bilanbogʻliq masalalarga bagʻishlangan.
