Abstract

Mahalliy budjetlar moliyaviy barqarorligini ta'minlash mamlakat iqtisodiy rivojlanishining muhim omillaridanbiridir. Shu ma'noda, budjet daromadlari manbalarini shakllantirishda biriktirilgan va tartibga soluvchi soliqlarning o‘rnikatta. Bu soliqlar mahalliy darajada moliyaviy mustaqillikni ta'minlash bilan birga, mamlakatdagi soliqqa oid siyosatnimuvozanatlashga xizmat qiladi. Ushbu maqolada mahalliy budjetlarni moliyalashtirishda biriktirilgan va tartibga soluvchisoliqlarning ahamiyati, ulardan foydalanish mexanizmi va bu tizimni yanada takomillashtirish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilinadi.
