Abstract

В статье рассматривается роль цифровой трансформации в развитии человеческого капитала вУзбекистане. Анализируются текущие вызовы и возможности, связанные с внедрением цифровых технологийв ключевые сферы, такие как образование, профессиональная подготовка и государственное управление.Проведённый обзор международного опыта Китая и Индии позволяет выделить наиболее эффективные стратегиии подходы, применимые для Узбекистана. На основе исследования предлагаются стратегические направлениядля развития человеческого капитала в условиях цифровой экономики, включая модернизацию образования,поддержку непрерывного обучения и развитие цифровых компетенций. Статья подчёркивает необходимостькомплексного подхода для повышения конкурентоспособности и устойчивого развития страны.
