Abstract

Ushbu maqolada strategik menejment yondashuvlari asosida xorijiy davlatlar oliy ta’lim tizimining boshqaruvtajribasi o‘rganilgan. Xel’sinki va Tampere universitetlari tajribalari hamda Xitoyning oliy ta’limni rivojlantirish bo‘yicha qat’iystrategiyalari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari strategik boshqaruvning oliy ta’lim sifatini oshirish va xalqaro hamkorliknirivojlantirishda muhim vosita ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
