Abstract

Ushbu maqolada servis faoliyatining samaradorligini oshirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Xizmat ko‘rsatishjarayonida inson kapitalining ahamiyati, samaradorlik mezonlari va ko‘rsatkichlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, xizmatko‘rsatishning sifatini oshirish va iste’molchilar ehtiyojlarini maksimal darajada qondirishga yo‘naltirilgan amaliy tavsiyalartaqdim etilgan.
