Abstract

Dunyo miqyosida jamiyat tomonidan qoʻllab-quvvatlanadigan qishloq xoʻjaligi (CSA), fermer bozorlari, qaytatiklanuvchi qishloq xoʻjaligi kabi tashabbuslar oziq-ovqat tizimlari va qishloq joylarini barqaror rivojlantirishga qaratilgan.Ushbu tashabbuslar, asosan, mahalliy muammolarni hal qilishga yoʻnaltirilgan boʻlsa, biohududlar ekologik, ijtimoiy, iqtisodiy va madaniy jihatlarni birlashtirgan holda barqaror rivojlanish uchun integrasiyalangan yondashuvni taklif etadi.Evropadagi muvaffaqiyatli biohududlar misoli va ularning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy hamda ekologik ta'sirlarini tahlil qilish asosida, ushbu konsepsiyaning Oʻzbekiston sharoitida dolzarbligini baholash imkoni yaratiladi.Oʻzbekistonda biohududlarning joriy etilishi mamlakatning yashil maqsadlariga erishishda, shuningdek, atrof-muhit vaijtimoiy-iqtisodiy muammolarni bartaraf etishda muhim ahamiyatga ega boʻlishi mumkin. Evropadagi biohududlarningmahalliy rivojlanishga ta'sirini oʻrganish orqali Oʻzbekistonda jamiyat barqarorligini oshirish va ijtimoiy hamjihatliknimustahkamlash boʻyicha muhim ilmiy asoslar yaratiladi. Ushbu tadqiqot Oʻzbekistonda barqaror rivojlanish, atrof-muhitnimuhofaza qilish va ijtimoiy farovonlikni oshirishga qaratilgan aniq siyosat va dasturlarni ishlab chiqishga yordam beradi.Garchi Oʻzbekistonda biohududlarga oid maxsus siyosat hozircha mavjud boʻlmasa-da, mavjud strategiyalar ularni milliysiyosatga integrasiya qilish uchun asos boʻlib xizmat qiladi.
