Эмоциональный Интеллект И Его Влияние На Эффективность Принятия Решений Лидерами

Abstract

В статье рассматривается роль эмоционального интеллекта (ЭИ) в процессе принятия решенийлидерами. Эмоциональный интеллект определяется как способность осознавать свои эмоции и управлять ими,а также понимать эмоциональное состояние других людей. Лидеры с высоким уровнем ЭИ способны приниматьболее взвешенные и рациональные решения, эффективно управлять командами и адаптироваться к изменениямв условиях неопределённости. В статье подчёркивается, что эмоциональный интеллект положительно влияетна рабочую атмосферу, снижает уровень конфликтов, улучшает коммуникацию и способствует созданиюдоверительных отношений в коллективе. Высокий ЭИ лидера не только повышает производительность команды,но и улучшает мотивацию сотрудников, снижает уровень стресса и текучесть кадров. Исследования показывают,что эмоциональный интеллект является важным фактором успешного лидерства в современном бизнесе. Статьяделает вывод, что развитие эмоционального интеллекта у руководителей помогает улучшить процесс принятиярешений и способствует устойчивому росту организаций в условиях постоянных изменений.
